Who we are
tijariq Builder is operated by Cyberstream (“we”). It helps businesses create a public profile, connect their own social media accounts, and appear in our business discovery directory. Contact: cyberstream.jo@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account data: your email, name, and password (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your password). Business data: the business information you enter — name, city, and profile details. Connected social accounts: if you choose to connect an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account, we receive — with your explicit consent via each platform’s official login — your account username and the metadata of your public posts (captions, hashtags, post links, and engagement counts). We never receive or store your social media passwords.
What we do NOT do
We do not download, copy, or re-host your photos or videos — media is always displayed through each platform’s official embed player and remains on the platform. We do not access private messages, private posts, or follower lists. We do not collect content from any account that has not been explicitly connected by its owner. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How we use it
To display your business profile and your public content in the tijariq directory; to provide the services you use (profile management, publishing tools); and to improve our recommendations. Connected-account data is used only for the business account that connected it.
Access tokens
Connecting an account gives us a limited access token issued by the platform. Tokens are stored encrypted, accessible only to our servers, and are used solely to read your public post metadata and (where you use publishing features) to publish content you approve.
Revoking access
You can disconnect any social account at any time from your dashboard, which deletes our stored token; you can additionally revoke tijariq’s access from the platform’s own settings (e.g., Instagram’s Apps and Websites page). Disconnecting stops all further data collection from that account.
Data storage & sharing
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase — Frankfurt, Germany; Vercel). We share data only with these processors as needed to run the service, and where required by law. Published business profiles are, by their nature, publicly visible.
Deletion
To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email above; we will remove your account data, business profiles, connections, and stored tokens.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change, with the date above.
